Assembly and Equipment Design

BTM can make a site visit to verify As-Built dimenions via measurements and 3D scanning.  This information is very valuable for accurate assembly and equipment designs.  For new fabrications, BTM can create detailed CAD designs from drawings, concept sketches, and design reviews.

Multiple scopes within the top level assembly can be accounted for in 3D design, helping to eliminate costly rework revisions due to interferences that can occur during fabrication.  Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing items are all incorporated into the model to avoid costly rework.

Design reviews are conducted in phases throughout the design process to gather feedback from our customers.  These reviews aid in the development of a design that will be an overall success to the system end user.  Design reviews can be conducted online or on-site.
